Dividing by time

Hi,

I did a quick search but could not find anything that would provide me with a solution to my problem.

I have a number of hours showing up in column P as 152:01:09 (one hundred and fifty two hours, one minute and nine seconds), however in the address bar it appears as 1/6/1900 8:01:09 AM. In column Q I have a whole number, say 465. I need to divide column Q by column P to arrive at the number of calls per hour. When I simply divide P/Q I am not getting the answer I would expect.

Any help would be appreciated.
