distributing macros

Here's what I have:
-Business software that users can run canned queries on and it exports to excel.
-This launches excel each time an export happens.
-The reports are not formatted or parsed.
-the reports always have a different name when exported (i.e. xxxxxxxxxx.txt)
What I have done:
--created macros to format certain reports.
What I'd like to do:
--share these macros with users. What is the best way to do this? I've created menu items with the individual report macros set up...how to share with users?
Help would be appreciated!

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
I like e-mail for electronic correspondence. Perhaps distribute the file via e-mail.

Cheers, Nate
