Distance (miles) between two Counties

Hello! Is there a way to calculate the distance (in miles) between two counties? If we had two columns for counties and you could choose a county from dropdown in each cell and it return the mileage between the two. Is that possible?

You could possibly do it if you had location information for each county in table, then calculate the difference between the two points. I'm thinking gps coordinates or something of the like.
