Looking for a way/any kind of hint how to implement following definitions into my sheet. These are the Sainte-Lague index (blue), the Quota Index (green)(last X is the same, (Xi)) and the Modified Gallagher Index (yellow).
Sheet attached (Austria 2008). X and Y or S and V are Seats and Votes respectively. Data Range: D:Q.
Rows: Seats-29, Votes-30, Seats/Votes-26. % Seats - 31, % Votes -32. Only red fields matter.
For example, Gallagher Index (no colour) is implemented as =ROUND(SQRT((SUMSQ(D26:Q26))/2), 4)
