Hello all,

First time posting. I searched the recent postings, but didn't find what I was looking for.

I have a very large data-set (25,000 + rows) so I want to display only the information that is relevant.

I have the pivot table set up as follows:

Rows:
Salesman
Customer Account Number
Customer Name
Order ID
Part Category

Values:
Sum of Price

What I want is to display the subtotal for "Customer Name" only. When I turn subtotals on, it displays subtotals for all the row names.

Thanks,

AJ

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
