Here is my formula.
=SMALL(IF(ISERROR(MATCH($C$1+ROW(OFFSET($A$1,0,0,$C$2-$C$1+1))-1,$A$2:$A$9,0)),$C$1+ROW(OFFSET($A$1,0,0,$C$2-$C$1+1))-1),ROW(A1))

Why am I getting #NUM it should show 0, 8 and 9 right? The same formula is copied from B5 down. I can't get this thing to work for the life of me. Any Ideas Thanks in advance

Mandinko,

this is an array formula. It must be entered with CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER instead of just ENTER.
