Display unmatched values in Summary Sheet Column B ( Unmatached ), while comparing data with Sheet " REPORT " & " MATCH ".
Data to match : -
(1) " Summary " Sheet Customer Code to Sheet "REPORT" Column B ( Customer_Code )
(2) " REPORT " Sheet column ITEMS to Sheet " MATCH " Column B ( ITEMS )

While comparing above display Unmatched values of Sheet " Match " Category column results in Summary Sheet column B.

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Sorry praji, maybe you will need to reword your question, as so far no responses for you ?
I think you ask (my apologies as I am a little confused) :

1) Take customer codes manually entered by you on "Summary" sheet, and check if they are present on the "Report" sheet.
2) If they exist there, take the corresponding ITEM on "Report", and check if it exists on "Match" Sheet.
3) If ITEM does not exist on "Match" sheet, then show the corresponding CATEGORY in colB of "Summary".

The problem I see is if ITEM does not exist on "Match" - then there is no CATEGORY to show. ? So something is not making sense.
