Display the Count and Percentages of Grand Total on vertical bar chart

I am working in Excel 2010 and I am having trouble displaying the count and percentages of grand total on a vertical bar chart based on a pivot table. I would like each bar to display both the count and percentage.

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
