hello
I want to display a help text like below image when I hover the mouse pointer over the shape?
Is this practical?

I don't whether it's 'practical', but it's certainly possible. When you say shape, do you mean a shape on the worksheet, or are you referring to controls on the userform?

Aha. Well this works: ScreenTips For Shapes and Buttons.

Edit: I should add, that if you want that exact tooltip, you can see from the animated screen grab that Jaafar posted that you can recreate it as he has when he hovers over button 2.
