Display specific data/table when selected

Hi

I have 3 different tables: Stage 1, stage 2, Stage 3

I want to display one of these tables when a certain stage is selected from a drop down list or when entered into a specific cell. I want to do this on a separate (Summary) sheet.

Is there a function or way I could do this?
