While at work I am not able to download anything display my workbook on these boards. Is there an alternative way to display my worksheet so that my question in the help thread can be understood? Maybe the easiest way would be to create an attachment. How would i do this?

You can not upload attachments to this board.
Are you able to access any site that would allow you to upload an image (gif, jpg, etc) of your sheet? You can take a screenshot and upload it to either your own webspace or a site like Photobucket or Imageshack, for example, then link to that image in your post.
