I'm using auto refresh connections and want to put the time of the last connections refresh into a cell. Is that possible?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
If this is for the Google Finance page, you could just put =Now() on the Google sheet and import it with the table. It won't give you every time Excel updates the connection, but it will give the time that the Google sheet was last updated.

excellent idea. Just accurate enough to let me know it's being updated OK.
