Display contents on form by sort of dropdown list

Hi All,

Quick question (probably very basic... so apologies in advance) ....

I have an access form used by reception, it registers:

- caller name
- caller phone
- who they want to speak to (dropdown list of names)
- brief message of content of call

If my name is one of the ones on the drop down list:

- how do get a form to display only messages with my name as the person they want to speak to?

Any help appreciated

have your new form's record source be a query that is filtered on the name.
