Display Cell Data When time-range is current

I have been googleing formus for the past 24 hours in the hope that someone else is having the same need from their excel but I cant find an exact match. I am running Excel 2013 and am currently using excel to build a production schedule to program an outdoor event where varying performers are scheduled at different times. I am hoping to link certain excel data cells A29-A30 and A32-A33 to PowerPoint so I can show my production staff (on a separate monitor) what performer is 'up next' and which performer is 'currently live' however to do this I want excel to only show the listed performer in the given 'LIVE NOW' cell and 'UP NEXT' cell when the time is valid. I have uploaded a screen shot of my data to the link below.

I have used the [=now()] formula to provide the current time and assigned this to a hot key [ctrl+q] so I can easily assign the current time during the show and this will track my overall production time against the scheduled time.

What I'm hoping to do is get the Cell data between A3:A26 to display respectively in A30 and A33 only when the actual time falls between the scheduled times in columns B 'Scheduled Start' and column E 'Scheduled Finish'.

For Example:

I would like A30 to display [BUMP IN: D-Max & Showtime FMX] from A3 between the time of [12:30:00 PM -B3] and [12:45:00 PM - E3]. Once time passes this range, I want A30 to then display [TEAM D-MAX] from A4 between the time of [12:45:00 PM - B4] and [1:00:00 PM - E4]. This sequence would then need to follow until the end of scheduling at 9.15pm (E26).

I would then replicate the process above for the 'UP NEXT' cell in A33 with the corresponding times.

I want cells A30 and A33 to update automatically so this doesn't require manual intervention during show time.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Ian

Hi James,

Thanks so much.. this is exactly what I was hoping to achieve! You have saved me a lot of headaches and searching... and I don't think I would have ever figured it out to this point! I really appreciate your help!
