I need the discount percentage displayed in discount percentage column, based on total cost and total delivery

I mean display the percentage in the delivery discount column

=INDEX($C$25:$E$27,MATCH($B$30,$C$24:$E$24,1),MATCH($C$30,$A$25:$A$27,1))
