Hi,

I am looking for help on my Power BI reports. Can anyone give me advice? Thanks,

I have the following three queries for which, one side has the actual up to date cost data, and the other has forecast and budget cost data. Both data sets has similar structure.

Now the third query has the following info:

I would like to have a report which has a field parameter of 2025 control budget, working forecast, prev month's forecast or prev prev month's forecast. And the report will be a matrix with funding code as row header, and time as column header.

When I plan this report, I realize I need to create some measures for those 4 selections. However, I run into issue with referencing to the version table. So I mean if working forecast is selected, I need the cost data from actual query up to Jan 2025 and combine it with forecast cost data from Forecast Budget query from Feb 2025 onward.

If I am using CALCULATE, since they are disconnected, how do I filter based on version table??

Can anyone give me some suggestions? I am open for any suggestions even without using CALCULATE. Thanks, appreciated
