Hello,

Here is my situation:
I have small sheet using conditional formatting to automatically fill the background of empty cells in a row if a value is entered for other cells in the same row. This is a request form type of spreadsheet and we want to basically force our employees to fill all the required fields in a row before sending the request form.
Here is what i think could work for us:
Basically I want to prevent the spreadsheet from being saved or printed(in case our employees say eff it and print a PDF and send that instead) if VB detects there is any background color at all in any of the cells in the spreadsheet while at the same time preventing users from applying a background color themselves thus triggering the VB code. Could any of you excel wizards help me out? Thanks a lot fellas.:nya:

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
PLEASE IGNORE THIS THREAD. I found it is nearly impossible to prevent conditional formatting from getting all messed up if users decide to copy and paste into conditional formatting cells thus it will not always apply.
