Disable Overtype / Insert Ability in VB Editor for Excel 2016 …

Using VBA in Excel 2016, how can I disable the overtype mode (insert toggle) feature in both the Excel 2016 VB Editor and within Excel?

It is an a serious annoyance when typing quickly and inadvertently activating overtype mode when pressing the insert key.

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
