I have some folks using my models in Excel 2010 on 32-bit machines that have lost their PP window.

The COM Add-In is still there but, it doesn't stay selected when I check it off.

I nuked PP on one of the machines and tried reinstalling and I get a pop up saying the certificate has expired.

What am I missing?

Fix?

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Solved!

User had a model crash and hit OK to a pop up that asked about permanently disabling PP...

Fix for anyone searching in the future.

Under Excel Options>Add-Ins>Mange Drop Down>Disabled Items... highlight and Enable...
