"Different/special" leading/trailing spaces

I have leading and trailing spaces either side of values. I'm getting rid of said trailing/leading spaces with =TRIM(CLEAN(A1)).

The problem is some of the spaces are "different/special" spaces, (I don't know what type, just that they are different). When I use this =CODE(LEFT(A1,1)) I don't get 32. So my =TRIM(CLEAN(A1)) formula isn't working for the ones that are different type of spaces.

Can anyone help with a formula that trims the leading/trailing spaces when they are "different/special" spaces.

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
What do you get when you use =CODE(LEFT(A1,1))?
