This may be opening a big can of worms, but here goes...
I have been asked to coordinate part of our company's jump from MS Office 2007 to 2010. Our IT team is going to do the heavy work on our primary systems and mainframes, making sure everything jibes with 2010, but the portion I'm going to be responsible for is our User-Developed Applications, which includes making sure that the macros that people have installed on their machines are still going to work after we make the switch next year. We're still in the preliminary fact-gathering stage right now, but in a few months we'll be starting to test the UDA's that have been identified as having code that could fall in the "it worked before but doesn't now" category...
My question for you all is this: have you found any code or sequencing that just didn't work, when you moved to the 2010 product, or do things translate pretty well from one to the other?
This would be for Excel specifically since I'm on the Excel board, but I'd love to hear anything about Word or PowerPoint code issues as well...
Thanks for any input
