I am currently trying to figure out how to get excel to work out the difference of percentage to a while number so I can show staff how many more need to be hit rather than just a percentage.

I.e
Floor average stats 190,125 risks at a retention rate of 76.39%

Agent 1 has 328 risks at a retention rate of 81.71%

I want excel to calculate how many risks over or under the specific agent is

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.

Like this perhaps?

ABCDE

2Floor average76.39%

4AgentRisksRetained%Over/Under
5132826881.71%+17
6250035070.00%-32
7
Sheet1
Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
D5:D6D5=C5/B5
E5:E6E5=INT(C5-B$2*B5)

... but any individual agent changes will of course change the overall average!
