Difference between two numbers.

Hi All,

Hope someone can help me out.

How do I work out the difference between two cell values.

I can't use the normal a1-a2 formula because cell a1 might not always be the highest value and I need to end up with positive numbers, not negative ones.

Is there a way of working out the difference between 2 cell values as opposed to using the subtract method?

Try the Absolute Function:

=ABS(A1-A2)
