Difference between summary column in PIVOT

Good Morning


We have employee advance and their repayment details in excel.

Each advance having one row with employee no, name, date, advance_amount
Each Receive(Repayment) having one row with Employee no, name, date and repayment_amount


Now we made PIVOT with employee name , sum of balance of sum of advance_payment and sum of Repayment_amount.

Can you please guide me to get this on pivot

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
