What is the difference between an ACCDB database and a ADODB database.

I use Access 2016. My current database is ACCDB.

How can I convert it t ADODB.

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
you can't convert it

you know how text files end with .txt and excel files end with .xks or .xlsx ?

it the same thing with access

access 2003 and earlier ended with .mdb

access 2007 and later ended with .accdb

its just the file type access is

but you can still connect to it from excel, a C# program, a python program or a java program using adodb

There isn't such a thing as an ADODB databse, ADODB is a library for connecting to databases - not a database.

You can connect to ACCDB using ADODB, is that what you are asking?
