Is it posible to make Ctrl-V only available as formula without any other formatting? I want to keep the excel clean and tidy.

Isn't the same macro?

I get always the same problem: whatever is in the clipboard gets stuck there and everytime I click a cell (any) the content is pasted again and again

Ohh, my bad, I misunderstood your request.

you should be able to use this code:

Sub Pstfrmul()   
    Selection.PasteSpecial xlPasteFormulas
End Sub

Once added in VBE, you need to:
Go back to your workbook.
Press "Developers" on the ribbon.
Click on "Macro's".
Select the sub above and click options.
Add the shortcut you want to use.

Many thanks, Mart. I was complicating everything.

The only limitation with this macro is that it doesn't work when pasting with the right click of the mouse. Any other workaround to include this hole?

That is true, and, unfortunately, I do not think Office currently offers the possibility to set pasting formulas by default.

You could however, if you want to stay away from your keyboard, add the macro to your qucik access toolbar (left-top in Excel).
You can achieve this by:
Right clicking on the ribbon.
Clicking on "Customise quick access toolbar..."
Within the menu that pops up you should choose "Macro's" in the "Choose commands from" dropdown menu.
Select the macro underneath the dropdown menu and press "Add" on the right.

A button will now show up on your quick access toolbar which runs the macro when you click it.
