Developer Buttons Disabled

Hi !. I have installed Office 2010 and when I enable the developers tab, there are some buttons that are disabled... Such as...

The first button of the ribbon is disabled and when I press "Insert", the second group of components are disabled...

Does anyone knows how to solve this ?.

No... It is disable... What happens is that I looked for a pic to be more visual in my explanation (a pic from google but that is not my pc)... Do you know what is happening ?...

Can you record a macro? If not, I suspect you didn't install VBA as part of your installation.

Well... Actually I am at work... The guy in charge of repairing must have installed with out vba... As I can't record any macro... I have another pal that has my old pc and have it formatted; will see if he has the same problem...
I'll be posting again...

Can you run a Change on Office from Control Panel, and specify to include VBA?

I could re-install my office suite and could get my VB button enable... Thankx for the help !...

It is also possible that VBA is disabled by the "Automation Security" group policy.
