Determining address of cell after index(match formula

After determining the result of an index(match formula from a 10 x 5 data series, is there any way to use this result to determine the address of the cell that contained the result of the index(match formula?

Any help greatly appreciated.

In Excel you can use the ADDRESS-formula with the same MATCH-functions you used with the INDEX. If your table doesn't begin from A1 you have to add the number of columns / rows to the MATCH-values to get the correct cell address.

Say my table range starts from F11. Column F is the 6th column so I have to add 5 to my column match and since there's 10 rows on top of my table, I need to add 10 to the row match value:

=ADDRESS(MATCH for rows + 10,MATCH for columns + 5)
