Determing Overlapping Time

I am trying to determine the concurrent sessions, or time that is overlapped within PowerPivot or an Excel pivot for data set of sessions that have start and stop times (date:hour:min:sec). Column A contains the start times and column B contains the end times. Ideally, I would like to create a new calculated field within powerpivot so I can determine the number of "sessions" that overlap (I will filter based on person handling the sessions). If this is not possible I am fine doing the calculations manually inside a pivot.

The end result is I want to determine the percentage of time that is overlapped vs. total session time.

Any thoughts on approach? Thank in advance.
