Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Are these controls on form or on a worksheet?

Something like this? Untested

Code:
Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
Dim oButton As Control
Dim i As Long
Dim answer As Long

For i = 1 To 48
    Set oButton = Me.Controls("OptionButton" & i)

    If oButton.Value = True Then
        answer = i
        Unload Me
        Exit Sub
    End If
Next i
End Sub
