Determine IF "KPT Met" or "KPI Not Met"

Hi Friend

I need your support with a Formula If Column O2

There is a KPI set that is in Column N2 for "Actual ILMS manifest Passed Date & Time " and i have in column N2 "Vessel Arrived MOSB Date & Time"
We are told that we have to Manifest to be issued and passed 24:00 hours before the Vessel Arrive MOSB date & Time in column N2
Now i Need a Formula In Column O2 to Know IF Manifest Is Issued Before 24:00 before the vessel arived "KPI met" or "KPI Not Met"

Yes formula should be in O2 but the KPI is to measure IF the Column M2 which is manifest Passed Date & Time Is passed 24 hours Before Vessel Arrival Date & Time In Column N2 so IF M is Passed 24 hours Before The arrive then KPI should say "KPI Met" and IF not "KPI not met"
