Detectar cambio de hoja / Detect sheet change

I need, that the userform detects when I change from one sheet to another, so that when changing from one sheet to another, a pair of controls are updated (checkbox) that are tiled.

El asunto es que estoy tratando de hacer un complemento, tan solo un grupo de herramientas para tenerlas a la mano.

Y me preguntaba, si existe una manera de que el formulario activo detecte cuando se cambia de una hoja a otra.

Necesito, que el UserForm detecte cuando yo cambie de una hoja a otra, para que al cambiar de una hoja a otra, se actualice un par de controles (CheckBox) que están tildados.

Un tip: puedes poner un aviso en cada hoja para que te avise al hacer el cambio.
