Desktop Inventory Database

Hello, I'm new to Access. Started my own business. Like the Desktop Inventory template, but I need to know how to do a few things.

1. I would like to change the order number and invoice number to be changed and start at a number I would like.
2. I need to generate quotes, how do I do that?
3. I need to be able to cancel orders as well.

First you need to learn Access. These are not beginner concepts.
Second, MOST everything can be done using queries and forms.
1. Make a form to show Orders. A MAster form for the Order, and a sub form for the order details. Change your quantity in the form.
2. Quotes would be reports. Learn to make reports based off queries.
3. The order table would have a CANCEL field. true or false values. (also done in the MASTER form)
