I am strong with Excel but a novice with Access. I am designing a "Customer Contact" database. I have designed my tables and some queries and reports, but my goal is to design my database- through some combination of switchboards and forms- so that Access complete illeterates can open the file, be presented with a friendly linterfacet hat has some cintrols, selection boxes etc. so they can select an Account, and then be presented- again in an attractive "form" format, the queried data in a display only (not editible) form.

How can I proceed?

Thanks much.
