Desgin cell with 4 digits as ??/??

Hello Guys,
I have a cell with 4 digits number and I would like to disgin the numer to ??/??

For examples:

1455 ==> 14/55
2389 ==> 23/89

If the OP wanted to do this with a formula (based on Messages #2 and #3 , apparently he didn't), the following one would be much simpler...

=TEXT(A6,"00\/00")
