Dependent Validation update to blanks

I started with this http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal13.html which told me how to do dependent validation lists. It works well, however I need to force blanks or clear out the Customer.

My question is this and I'll use the page above as a reference:

If I clear out a Region, the Customer is still left as a populated cell, but there are no longer options for the drop down. What can I do so that if I clear a Region the Customer will cleared out automatically?

I'd prefer not to use VBA, but if that is a good solution that's OK too.

Thanks
