Dependent list v/s Pivot Table

Hi Experts,

This is what I'm trying to do, I have three columns with the name as Zone, City and Sale respectively now I drew a pivot and put these things as following,

Zone - In Report Filter
City - In Row Labels &
Sale - In Values

Here I am able to view city wise Sale by filtering Zone. But I want to make this dynamic with the help of formula like create a data validation of Zone and whenever I filter Zone it's corresponding cities should appear with its sale in next column.

Any Idea to achieve this?
