Hi all,

I've created a spreadsheet with multiple dropdowns, and while it's been working perfectly, I have added a new item to dropdown A, and for some reason can't figure out why it won't link dropdown b to provide me with the coinciding info. No tables present, but dropdown B info is located on another sheet for this particular selection but my data validation comes up with an error in the source for this new selection. Can anyone help me correct this? I have the subsequent data range for the new selection named as a one word Named Range, but it isn't recognized for some reason.

Hi James,

I have a drop-down in G13 that contains a reference to my source sheet with the different items listed in the drop-down. Adjacent to this dropdown in c13 is the secondary drop-down that locates more specific information pertaining to whatever is selected in G13.

I added another item in drop-down G13 list, but the secondary drop is frozen, and won't allow me to select the detailed data pertaining to my newest added item in drop-down G13.

My source in drop-down C13 contains INDIRECT(SUBSTITUTE (G13," ","_"))

Please disregard my question. I had an extra space in my drop-down item which is why it wasn't recognizing the link. Sorry.
