Deliminate web query text automatically?

Hi there,

I have a taqble that I am getting from the internet through a web query (you can probably already telll I have pretty much no experiance with excel) and the table has a field which contains a set amount of choices, seperated by a question mark, example:

hello?world?how?are?you

I want to automatically hve the table deliminate these results as they come in.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
I know how to do this once, manually, I just want a way of automatically dojng this (apologies for the double post)
