Deleting Rows that have special characters and begining and ending of a cell

If

the first character is "<"

and last character is ">"

then delete entire row

Sub DeleteRows()
Dim c As Range
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
For Each c In Range("B1", Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp))
If Left(c, 1) = "<" And Right(c, 1) = ">" Then c.EntireRow.Delete
Next c
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
