deleting record from main form and subform

Hi can someone help with this
the record cannot be deleted or changed because table "mytable" includes related records

If you have defined relationships between two or more tables and have not enabled Cascade Delete Related records between the 'one' table and the 'many' table, it will cause this problem. If you have no such relationship defined between the tables for this form/subform then you need to create one.
