Deleting content from certains cells

I need some help doing this. I need the columns that have 2017 (row 7) become blank,delete content) and the columns that have 2016 (row 7) stay as they are. there are some cases that two 2017 are together not always is 2017 then 2016. I hope someone can give me some ideas hot to make this

Hey Frank, it worked but what I actually need is to clear contents only on the row that I need to redo. For example if I place myself on row 26, clear only the entire row 26 where 2017 (row 7) is and leave 2016 content as they are.
