Deleting cells out side a table

I have several tables on one sheet stacked on top of one another.
There is one (query) table in the middle of the other tables in which the properties are set to delete unused cells as information in the table changes.
The tables below this table are filtered.
I have never had a problem until 2 days ago, but when the cells delete for my query table automatically, i get an error message saying cannot shift cells in a filtered table.
If i unfilter all the tables below, then i have no issues besides the fact that i have a lot of unfiltered useless info.

How do i stop this error message? Can i change properties of the other tables somehow? If I could change the properties of the query table to delete the entire row, that would be best, but i don't see that option.

Thanks for your help in advance!
