I have an issue when using index/match formula in excel and some cells are deleted. I fill row A and B automatically (first name and last name) with index/match formula depending on a employee ID on C column.
C,D,E columns are automatically populated (data > import from table) that is stored on another sheet.

When one of the Empoyee IDs is removed (C column), my formula is messed up in A,B columns (#REF!)

Please see a picture and a I hope everything will be clear.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
