I have an Append Query running anytime someone runs a report that uses that infomation. But, I don't want duplicate information, so what can I do to run this query without getting duplicate info. I have the keys setup so I don't even know what is happing becuase I turned off warnings. Does anyone have any advice?

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
First thing is not to run the Append query every time someone runs the report.

An Append query should only be run once.

What query/table is the record source for the report?

If you have unique fields you can use the "Is Null" option
Join Properties Option 2 between the records.
If a unique record already exist it will not be added to the database.
