Deleting a header row.

Greetings:

I built an access data base, in this data base you can copy data from an IBM DB2 database. When this data is pasted on access it brings over the header which is not needed. Is there away to write an OnPaste procedure that would go up one row and delete that row? That way when the data is pasted onto the Access rows the header can be deleted after the paste. I appreciate any advice you can provide.
