Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
I presume you're looking for VBA.
For 0 values in column A for example :
Code:
Sub Delete_Rows()
[A:A].Replace What:="0", Replacement:="#Ref!", LookAt:=xlWhole, _
    SearchOrder:=xlByRows, MatchCase:=False, SearchFormat:=False, _
    ReplaceFormat:=False
[A:A].SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants, 16).EntireRow.Delete
End Sub

I had tried several solutions that were in previous threads, but none worked in my situation until yours. Thank you very much.
