Delete Rows If Cell Equals...

I apologize in advance because I know this question has been asked here before. I've been Googling and looking through various posts of people with a similar problem and I still can't seem to get my code to work. I am just trying to delete all rows that have a certain value in column "D"

Let's say the value is the exact text "NONE" I would like to delete the row.

Sub Delete_Data()
Dim Lrow As Long
Dim i As Long
Lrow = Cells.Find("*", SearchOrder:=xlByRows, SearchDirection:=xlPrevious).Row
For i = Lrow To 2 Step -1
    If UCase(Cells(i, 4)) = "NONE" Then Rows(i).Delete
Next i

  Columns("D").Replace "NONE", "#N/A", xlWhole
  Columns("D").SpecialCells(xlConstants, xlErrors).EntireRow.Delete
