Delete duplicate match from compared sheets

Hi I need some help on how to create a celled formula or maybe a best method to create a macro in the following problem:

Sheet 1 has 6 digit data which is numeric and alphanumeric scattered in
various columns and rows.

Sheet 2 is the input data from the user.

Action: I want to be able to compare the user input data in Sheet 2 to Sheet 1 and find a duplicate match on Sheet 1.

If a match is found on Sheet 1, I want it to automatically delete the match found on Sheet 1.

Can someone please help?

Is the input data from the user a single cell? If so which cell?

The input data is from a row of cells.

example:

adc123
adc123
qrs345
kjc345

need to delete or clear the first found match from other sheet
If in the input data has another say: adc123

clear the next found match.
