Hi Folks

I need some highlighted cells to be deleted. The background to the problem is as follows.
Excel needs to compare two ranges (teachers, abbreviated) called Total_Range and Educators_Invig) and highlights (or somehow identify) the cells (teachers) in the dynamic range called Total_Range. These teacher(s) will be missing from the dynamic range called Educators_Invig. This had been done and works.
Excel then needs to delete the contents of the highlighted cells.

All these described above can be found on the sheet called CountPeriods.
How is it possible to get a teacher in the range Total_Range? Add a teacher on the sheet Educators,
add it on the sheet CountPeriods (each cell has a dropdown). Go back to Educators and delete that teacher.
The teacher will now absent from the Educators_Invig list/range but still in the Total_Range list/range.

The presence of the highlighted teacher gives rise to an incorrect Load (to the right of the Educators_Invig list).

I wish thank you in advance.

The workbook can be found here at https://www.dropbox.com/s/6lt22ehxgtz3jqj/InvigilationFinalDelete_Obsolete.xlsm?dl=0
